Library Catalog

In addition, if you are hunting for a specific family or portion of genealogy you can see if those records are available at our catalog.

Family Histories

Family histories are housed in a filing cabinet, and many reference materials are located in the reference section. We can guide you to the genealogy section and answer simple questions, but if you should need assistance with family searches, you may wish to contact the Northwest Iowa Genealogical Society.

County History & Land Ownership

For county history collections or patrons interested in county land ownership atlases and other history, searchers now have integrated access to over 9,000 map items in the Iowa Digital Library.
